AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SCHMIDT'S
SUBDIVISION OF LOT 21 AND THE WEST PART OF LOT 17 OF THE SWIFT f
AND THOMPSONtS SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHWEST 4 OF SECTION 13,
TOWNSHIP 44, RANGE 12 A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
BY HENRY T. SCHMIDT Ah BERTHA SCHMIDT, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
'I Section 1. Henry T. Schmidt and Bertha Schmidt, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described ans situated in the City of
�j Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for its
approval a Plat of said real estate, begin located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
jl follows;
�I All of Lot 21 and the westerly 245 feet of Lot 17
of Swift and Thompson's Subdivision of the Northwest
Wuarter of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12
West, as shown per plat of record in Plat Book 1 at
Page 9, Cole County Recorder's Office
as shogun on the attached plat known and referred to as the
Schmidtts Subdivision of Lot h and the West Part of Lot 17 of
j; the Swift and Thompsonts Subdivision of the Northwest 4 of
Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, and made a part of this
�i ordinance; all of which said Schmidt's Subdivision of Lot 21
!! and the West Part of Lot 1 of the Swift and Thompson's Sub-
division of the Northwest of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12
j is within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.

And it appearing , that said Plat has been duly and properly
j; signed and accepted by the Owners of said Subdivision known and
li referred to as the Schmidt's Subdivision of the Lot 21 and the
West Part of Lot 17 of the -Swift and Thompson's Subdivision of
the Northwest 4 of Section 13, Township 449 Range 12; that all
taxes thereon have been paid; and that in all other respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of the said Sub-division.

�i THEREFORE, the Plat of land of the said Henry T. Schmidt and
Bertha Schmidt, known and referred to as the Schmidt's Sub-
; division of Lot 21 and the West Part of Lot 17 of the Swift and
ii Thompson's Subdivision of the Northwest 4 of Section 13, Township
44, Range 12, lying and being within the corporate limits of the
II City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the ' said plat hereto
11 attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted
II and approved by the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City; and the City Clerk of the City of
j Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse the acceptance and
approval of said Plat thereon, and to certify to -the approval
�( of the same under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Sectmn 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
