AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF ENGELBRECHT'S
SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST J
QUARTER OF SECTION 21 TOWNSHIP 44 RANGE 11 BY CORNELIA ENGEL-
BRECfiT, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Cornelia Engelbrecht, owner of the real estate here-
ina•f'ter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri
having submitted to the Council for its approval a County, said r
read estate, being located in Jefferson City, ,
and more particularly described as follows:
f A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 21 Township 44 Range 11, and be inning at a point that
is South 5 degrees and 20 minutes East TMagentic) 2419.0 feet i
from the quarter section corner on the north side of section 21,
said point also being on the north side of the public road; thencei
,i North 71 degrees and 30 minutes West, 107.0 feet; thence North 64
degrees and 30 minutes West, 75.0 feet to the beginning point of
this description and the southeast corner of Engelbrechtts Sub-
division; thence North 74 degrees and 45 minutes West 445.0 feet;
thence turning an angle of 7 degrees and 22 minutes to the right;
285.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 98 degrees and 41 minutes
to the right, 202.5 feet; thence turning an angle of 89 degrees
and 42 minutes to the right, 83 .0 feet; thence turning an angle
of 90 degrees to the right, 19.3 feet; thence turning an angle of
105 degrees and 45 minutes .to the right, 545 .7 feet; thence
southerly 195.8 feet to the beginning point of this description
at the southeasterly corner of Engelbrechtfs Subdivision, as
shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Engelbrecht's
Subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 21 Township 44 Range 11, and made a part of
this Ordinance all of which Engelbrecht's Subdivision is within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly signed
! and accepted by the owner of said subdivision known and referred
to as Engelbrechtts Subdivision of part of the Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 21 Township 44, Range 11;
that all taxes thereon have been paid; and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1 1949, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of the said subdivision.
THEREFORE, the Plat of land of the said Cornelia Engelbrecht
known and referred to as Engelbrecht's Subdivision of part of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21 Township
44,E Range 11, lying and being within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted
and approved by the Council of the City of Jefferm n, Missouri,
and the May of said City; and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after 'its passage and approval of this
!I Ordinance, is hereby directed to endorse the acceptance and
approval of said Plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of
tie same under the Seal of the said City of Jefferson, Uissouri.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
