APPOINTING SPECIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
(SLEO II)
WHEREAS, there is a need for Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEO II) in the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointn}ents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the
following are hereby appointed Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLED II)
OSKAR DUDZIK (effective date 10/8/21)
MATTHEW OLIVO (effective date 10/8/21)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be implemented in accordance
with the Borough's established hiring procedures for such positions and as provided by law
pending successful completion of fitness evaluation.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 17, 2021.
