The Mayor of Jefferson City, Missouri' is hereby lauthorized and directed to accept for and on beha�f of the City (� of Jefferson, Missouri, a Quit-Claim Deed that has been executed by the Trustees of the Faith Lutheran Church, Louis Brunner, l, Arthur H. Beck and Marinda M. Dock and J. M. Wilson and Opal B. ;; Wilson to the following described .and to be used for Street fright of way and Public Utility purposes: "A part of Section 2, Township45 North, Range 12 West, l being a strip of land 40 feet in width, the center line of the same being more particularly described as: Be- ginning at a point that is 25 feet west of the east line and 619 feet north of the south line of said Section 2, said point of beginning also being 70 feet south of the center line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence from the point of beginning in a northwesterly direction parallel to and 70 feet from the center line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad 4800 feet, more or less, to the west line of a tract of land owned by Arthur H. Beck and Marinda M. Beck on the east line of the west half of the west half of Section 2, Township 45 North, Range 12 West. ( Section 2. Ells CITY CLERK #6112 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE EAST SIDE OF JACKSON STREET BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF JACKSON AND CAPITOL 1AVENUE AND JACKSON AND McCARTY STREET AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. {IBE',.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east side of Jackson Street between the intersections of Jackson and Capitol I) AT,•enue and Jackson and McCarty Street. Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
