AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR j+

VARIOUS STREET INTERSECTIONS WITHIN THIS CITY, AND PROVIDING A

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, �
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a �
motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and complete stop
on the following named streets at the intersection or junction of
the following named street$:
(k) On Elm Street before entering the intersection of
Broadway Street.
(b) On Havana Street before entering the intersection of
McCarty Street
(c) On the old portion of McCarty Street before entering
the intersection of Hart Street
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

( VEHICLE TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE WEST SIDE OF JEFFERS
STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF EIGHTEEN (18) FEET SOUTH OF THE ALLEY
iRUNNING PARALLEL TO AND SITUATED BETWEEN HIGH STREET AND McCARTY
. STREET AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
iSection 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the west side of
Jefferson Street within a distance of eighteen (18) feet south of
the alley running parallel to and lying between High Street and
McCarty Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
