AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBEIR 5933 OF THE CITY OF
j' JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION REGULATION
AND CONTROL OF THE USE OF PARKING METERS BY AMENDING SECTION
9 OF ORDINANCEE NUMBER 5933 BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH (h) WHICH
WILL ESTA13LISII THREE NEW TWELVE, MINUTE PARKING SPACES ON THE
EAST SIDE OF MADISON STREET NORTII OF THE NORTH CURB OF HIGH STREET. �

SECTION 1. Section 9 of Ordinance Number 5933 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by adding Subparagraph
(h) to said Section 9, so that Section 9 of said Ordinance 5933
as amended shall read as follows:
Section 9. The following ark ing meter spaces shall be
used only for twelve minute (125 parking and the parking
meters opposite said spaces shall be twelve (12 ) minute meters:
(a) The second and third meters on the north side
of High Street west of the west curb of Jefferson.
(b) The first, second, third and fourth meters on the
east side of Adams Street, north of the alley
lying between High Street and Capitol Avenue.

( c) The first and second meters on the south side of
High Street, west of the west curb of Madison.
(d) The first and second meters on the west side of`
Madison Street, south of the south curb of High.'
(e ) The first and second meters on the north side of
High Street, west of the west curb of Madison.
(f) The first and second meters on the west side of
Madison Street, north of the north curb of High.
(g) Provided that subsection (e ) and (f) are subject
to the provisions of Ordinance No. 5701.
(h) The first, second and third' meters on the east
side of Madison Street, north of the north curb
of High Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR
VEHICLE TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE PARKED. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
CAPITOL AVENUE FORA DISTANCE OF FIFTY -EIGHT (58) FEET WEST
OF THE WEST CURB OF PINE STREET AND FOR A DISTANCE OF ONE
HUNDRED AND EIGHTY (1$0) FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF LINN
STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked within the
following designated areas on the following designated street;
