BE IT ORDAINED BY T J N,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
iSECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri:',
�1hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary!
i1purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
I� City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
lfNo. 98, and said district to be established with location and
bounda.rie s as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of lot 7 Dietz's
, Subdivision, said point of beginning being 77.0 feet westerly of
the southeasterly corner of said lot 7; thence North 31 degrees
Wand 31 minutes East and parallel to the easterly line of said lot ,
+ 150.0 feet; thence South S5 degrees East, 430.0 feet; thence South �I
, 1 degree and 23 minutes East, 7$7.0 feet; thence North $$ degrees
Land 37 minutes West 310.0 feet to the west line of Section 16
( Township 44 North, kange 11 'Vest; thence north along and with
the section line, 587.0 feet; thence North 55 degrees West and paral
lel to Miller Street 3$$.0 feet; thence North 35 degrees East, 150.0
feet to the south line of Miller Street thence northerly 60 feet
to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 9$, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, I
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour'..
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort
of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District)
, No. 9$, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
connected into the present sewer on Miller Street.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at a point on the center
line of Miller Street, said point of beginning being 77 .0 feet
west of the extended easterly line of lot 7 of Dietzts subdivision;
thence South 53 degrees East, 223 .0 feet; thence turning an angle
of 11 degrees and 58 minutes to the left 156.0 feet ; thence turn-
ing an angle of 63 degrees and .48 minutes to the right, 698.0 feet.
SECTION � . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
1provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
( sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
, specifications of the City Engineer.
