AN ORDINANCE amending Zoning Ordinance No. 5880 by changing; the II

j! BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 9 OF Till,: CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURI,
; AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Zoning Ordinance No. 5$80 is hereby amended so
! that the following described land is hereby rezoned from a
;; District B. Two Family Dwelling District, to a District P, Local
�jCommercial District, and said land is more particularly described �
as follows:
The south 350 feet of Outlot, No. 7 in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect :immediately
! upon its passage and approval.
This ordinance was passed on the 1_day of August, 1955•

AN ORDINANCE amending Zoning Ordinance No. 5$$0 by changing the
WM zoning districts as to certain areas described herein.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Zoning Ordinance No. 5$$0 is hereby amended so
that the following described land is hereby rezoned from a
District B, Two Family Dwelling District, to a District E. Local
Commercial District, and said land is more particularly described
as follows: i
A part of Outlot No. 59 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
! particularly described as follows: Beginning -at a point on the
northerly line of said Outlot No. 59, which said point is 69 feet
westerly from the intersection of Clark Avenue and the northerly
boundary line of said Outlot No. 59, thence southerly parallel with
Clark Avenue 80 feet, thence westerly parallel frith Dunklin Street
31 feet, thence northerly at right angles 80 feet to the northerly
line of said Outlot, thence easterly along said line 31 feet to
the point of beginning.
Section 2. Zoning Ordinance No. 5880 is hereby amended from a
District B, Two Family Dwelling District, to a District E. Local
Commercial District, for one (1) use only, contained in District E.
which use is the use of said -land as a public parking lot. In
all other respects the land described in this Section shall be
limited to the uses of the District B, Two Family Dwelling area,
as provided in said Ordinance No. 5$$0; and the land so modified
in this Section is more particularly described as follows:
Part of Outlot No. 59 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
particularly described as follows: . Beginning at a point on the
west side of Clarke Avenue, at the intersection of said Street
and the north boundary line of said Outlot 59, thence south
! along said Street, 60 feet, thence west parallel with said north
boundary line of said Outlot, 69 feet, thence north at right angles
60 feet to the north boundary line of said Outlot, thence east
along said line, 69 feet, to the point of beginning.
