'IAN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY �f
. CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY
DEED TO W. W. SMITH AND RUTH A. SMITH TO A CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, IN RETURN FOR
A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO BE EXECUTED BY W. W. SMITH
AND RUTH A. SMITH IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
ON THE ADJOINING AND ABUTTING PROPERTY.
CBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for
and on behalf of the City of Jefferson, to execute a Warranty
Deed to W. W. Smith and Ruth A. Smith, husband and wife, to
the following described tract of land in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, State of Missouri, to-wit:
"A Part of Block 1 of "Panorama Hills" Section 1,
as platted and of record in Plat Book No. 4 at
Page 10, Cole County Recorder's Office, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 12
Block 1 of said Subdivision; thence westerly and
along and with the southerly line of Linden Drive
25 feet; thence on a direct line 116.0 feet to the
northwesterly corner of said Lot 12; thence south-
erly along the westerly line of said lot 10$.14 feet
�I to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The consideration for this deed shall be the
execution by W. W. Smith and Ruth A. Smith of a surface water
drainage easement in favor of the City of Jefferson on the
adjoining and abutting property as described by and under the
supervision of the city engineer.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

MISSOURI, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, TO ACCEPT
A DEED OF EASEMENT EXECUTED BY ANNABEL E. DUENSING AND JEAN E.
DUENSING, WALTER H. BOHLING AND LELLIE E. BOHLING, SAMUEL S.
HALEY AND BEATRICE R. HALEY, ALMA NATIONS, EMMA E. MILLSAP AND
ELINOR KAVANAUGH, TO A STRIP OF LAND FOR SIDEWALK RIGHT OF WAY
PURPOSES IN RETURN FOR THE CONSIDERATION THAT THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
WILL PAY THE COST OF INSTALLING• A SIDEWALK ON THE STRIP OF RIGHT
OF WAY MENTIONED ABOVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of Jefferson City, for and on behalf
