1°A part of Outlot No. 94 in the City of Jefferson,
Misaouri, more particularly described as :
�i Beginning on the southerly line of said Outlot No.
where the same is intersected by the westerly line of
Moreau Drive; thence northerly along and with the westerly
! line of Moreau Drive 562.3 feet to the southerly line of
Vineyard Square ; thence westerly along the southerly line
of Vineyard Square 9.0 feet; thence southerly parallel to
the westerly line of Moreau Drive 555 .3 feet to the souther-
ly line of Outlot no. 94; thence easterly 11.5 feet to .the
point of beginning." i
Section 2. The sidewalk to be constructed on the above des- !
cribed strip of land shall be constructed on the westerly four feet
thereof.
Section 3 . The consideration for said right of way for side- 1
walk purposes shall be that the City of Jefferson shall pay the '
cost of constructing said sidewalk on the premises aforedescribed.
Section 4. Said Deed of easement, having heretofore been
' executed by the grantors therein, shall be delivered to the Mayor
of this city upon construction of the sidewalk heretofore
mentioned and payment of the cost thereof to the contractor.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
