(h) Pine Street between High Street and Capitol
Avenue .
(4) Twenty (20) miles per hour in all "school zones"
as are defined by any ordinance.
( 5 ) Fifteen (15 ) miles per hour in all of the public
�! parks of this city .
B. The speed limits provided in Section a shall not apply '
to police and fire department vehicles operating under
j emergency conditions.
Section 3 . Anyone violating any of the terms of this preceeding
section, or any subsection thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

An Ordinance Repealing Ordinances Number 4713, 49339 5299, 53019
5362, 5373, 53$0, 5455, 5765v 5779 and 5874 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, regulating the direction of traffic on
certain specific streets, alleys, highways and roadways within
this city, and enacting a new ordinance regulating the direction
of traffic on certain specifically designated streets, alleys,
highways and roadways in the city, and providing a penalty for
the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinances numbered 4713, 4933 , 5299, 5301, 5362,
53739 53$0, 54559 54$1, 5555, 5765, 5779, and 5874 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, regulating the direction and flow of motor
vehicle traffic on certain specific streets, alleys, highways and
roadways of this city, and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be operated on the following
designated streets, and portions thereof, in any other direction
than that hereafter specified:
(5) On the access street running parallel to the Nigh
Street Viaduct, between Walnut Street and Mulberry
Street.. lying to the south of said viaduct, in an
easterly direction only.
(10) On the access street running parallel to the High
Street Viaduct, between Walnut Street and Mulberry
Street, lying to the north of said viaduct, in a
esterly direction only.
(15) On Adams Street between High Street and McCarty
Street, in a southerly direction only.
(20) On Cedar Street between Monroe Street and Madison
Street, in a westerly direction only.
(25 ) On Commercial Avenue between Adams Street and
Jefferson Street, in a westerly direction only.
