(70) On the south side of McCarty Street within a distance
of seventy (70) feet west of the west curb of Clark,
Avenue.

of seventy five (75 ) feet west of the west curb of
Clark Avenue.
(85 ) On the north side of McCarty Street within a distan e
of two hundred and nineteen (219) feet east of the
east curb of Bolivar Street.
(90) On the west side of Monreo Street between two point
located ninety (92 ) two feet and one hundred and
fifty (150) feet north of the north curb of Miller It.
(95 ) On the west side of Pine Street between two points
located one hundred and twenty ei ht (128) feet and
one hundred and thirty eight (15$5 feet south of th
south curb of Capitol Avenue.
Section 3 . Anyone violating; any of the terms of the prece -
ing section, and any subsection thereof, shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect fr m
and after its passage and approval.

An Ordinance Repealing Ordinances 2922, 3350, 3355, 3399a 3940
4957, 5254, 5374 5527, 5585, 5592, 55939 5619; 5627, 56990 5724,
5752, 5806 and 5907 declaring it unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of
time in exdess of thirty minutes or one hour within designated
areas on specifically named streets, and providing a penalty for
the violation thereof, and enacting.,an ordinance prohibiting the
operator of a motor vehicle from permitting the same to be parked
for a period in excess of one (1)" hour within the designated
areas on the following named streets, and providing a penalty
for violation thereof. I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinances Numbers -2922, 3350, 3355, 3399, 394 ,
4957, 528 , 5374 5527, 5585, 5592, 5593, 56190 5627, 5699, 5724,
5752, 5$0 and 5907 which prohibited the operator of a motor
vehicle from permitting the same to be parked for a period of
time exceeding either thirty minutes or one hour within various
designated areas on the specifically named streets, and which
provided a penalty for the violation thereof, be and the same
are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operato
of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of one (1) hour within the designated areas
on the following named streets:
( 5 ) An the west side of Adams Street between the south
curb of Capitol Avenue and the north line of the
alley lying between Capitol Avenue and High Street. �I
