An Ordinance Repealing Ordinances Numbered 3404, 3940, 4527, 5104
5419, 5651, declaring it unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of time in
excess of two (2) hours within designated areas on specifically
named streets, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof,
and enacting an ordinance prohibiting the operator of a motor
