vehicle from permitting the same to be parked for a period of
time in excess of two (2 ) hours within the following; designated
areas on the following named streets, and providing a penalty for
the violation thereof.
Be it ordained By The City Council of The City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as Follows:

Section 1. Ordinances Numbered 3404, 394.0, 4527, 5104, 5419,
and 5651 declaring it unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period of time in
excess of two (2) hours within designated areas on specifically
named streets, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof,
be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of two (2) hours within the following desig-
nated areas on the following named streets:
( 5) On both sides of Dunklin Street between the inter-
section with Washington Street and Madison Street.
(10) On both sides of Jefferson Street between its inter-
section with Ashley Street and the Viaduct lying
north of Dunklin and between Dunklin Street and
Miller Street.
(15 ) On the west side of Lafayette Street between its
intersections with State Street and Capitol Avenue.
(20) On both sides of Madison Street between its inter-
section with Ashley Street and the Viaduct lying
north of Dunklin and between Dunklin Street and
Miller Street.
(25 ) On the south side of State Street between its inter-
sections with Madison Street and Monroe Street.
(30) On the south side of Main Street between its inter-
section with Harrison Street and that point where
the westerly curb of Mulberry would intersect Main
Street if Mulberry Street were extended.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of the preced-
ing section, or any subsection thereof, shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES 5944 and 6013 WHICH ESTABLISHED
VARIOUS LOADING ZONES ON THE STREETS OF THIS CITY FOR THE LOADING
AND UNLOADING OF GOODS, WARES AND MERCHANDISE, AND PROHIBITED
THE OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLES FROM PARKING WITHIN SAID ZONES
EXCEPT TO LOAD OR UNLOAD GOOD WARES AND MERCHANDISE THEREIN, ND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND ENACTING AN
ORDINANCE CREATING VARIOUS LOADING ZONES ON THE STREETS OF THIS
CITY, FOR THE LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS, WARES AND MERCHANDISE
AND PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF MOTOR VEHICLES FROM PARKING THEIR
VEHICLES WITHIN SAID DESIGNATED LOADING ZONES, EXCEPT FOR THE
PURPOSE OF LOADING OR UNLOADING GOODS, WARES, AND MERCHANDISE, BETjEN
THE HOURS OF 7-:00 A .M. and 7:00 P.M. , MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY IN-
CLUSIVE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
