IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
SSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinances Numbers 5944, and 6018 establishing
various loading zones on the streets of this city for the load-
ing and unloading of goods, wares an and prohibit-

I L Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
e to permit the same to be parked between the hours of
17: 0 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday inclusive,
within the following designated zones which shall be termed
"loading zones" unless for the purpose of loading or unloading
oods, wares and merchandise :
(5 ) On the south side of Ca itol Avenue between points
located twenty five (25 feet and seventy seven (77)
feet east of the east curb of Madison Street.
(10) On the north side of Hi5hway 50 between points
located twenty five (25 feet and fifty (50) feet
east of the east curb of Virginia Street.
(15) On the west side of Jefferson Street between points
located one hundred (100) feet and one hundred and
fourteen (114) feet north of the north curb of High
Street.
(20) On the north side of Main Street between points
located seventy five (75 ) feet and one hundred and
fifteen (115) feet east of the east curb of Bolivar
Street.
(25 ) On the east side of Monroe Street between points
located sixty five (65) feet and eighty (80) feet
north of the north curb of Capitol Avenue.
(30) On the east side of Monroe Street between points
located forty five (45 ) feet and seventy (70) feet
south of the south curb of Capitol Avenue.
Section 3 . Anyone violating any of the terms of the preced-
ing section, and subsections thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a
1misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

An Ordinance Repealing Ordinances Numbered 3540, 3594, 3595,
3610jo 4174 and 5381, 6044 and 6053, of this city which prohibited
the parking of a motor vehicle on the streets, alleys and highways
of this city within a specified distance of various intersections.,
and provided a penalty for the violation thereof, and enacting an
Ordinance prohibiting the operator of a motor vehicle from permittin
the same to be parked on the streets, alleys and highways of t:-"is

violation thereof.
,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked within any of the areas
hereinafter described on the following specified streets:
(5) On the east side of Adams Street for a distance of
35 feet south of the south curb of High Street.
(10) On the south side of Capitol Avenue for a distance
of 66 feet west of the west curb of Madison Street.
(15) On the north side of Capitol Avenue for a distance
of 13 feet east of the east curb of Madison Street.
(20) On the north side of High Street for a distance of
40 feetl.Weft of the west curb of Jefferson Street.
(25) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
34 feet west of the west curb of Jefferson Street .
(30) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
43 feet west of the west curb of Madison Street.
(35) On the north side of High Street for a distance of
46 feet east of the east curb of Madison Street.
(40) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
70 feet west from the west curb of Monroe Street.
(45) On the north side of High Street for a distance of
13 feet east of the east curb of Monroe Street.
(50) On the north side of High Street for a distance of
50 feet west of the west curb of Adams Street.
(55) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
50 feet west of the west curb of Adams Street.
(60) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
35 feet east of the east curb of Washington Street.
(65) On the -south side of High Street for a distance of
23 feet east of the east curb of Adams Street.
(70) On the south side of High Street for a distance of
30 feet west of the west curb of Broadway Street.
(75) On the west side of Jefferson Street for a distance
of 52 feet north of the north curb of High Street.
(80) On the east side of Jefferson Street for a distance
of 52 feet south of the south curb of High Street.
(85) On the west side of Jefferson Street for a distance of
12 feet north of the north curb of McCarty Street.
(90) On the east side of Jefferson Street for a distance of
