APPROVING EMERGENCY
SNOW REMOVAL
Date of Adoptio September 16 2021
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has advised the Governing Body that emergency
snow removal was needed for various locations within the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has advised that said snow removal services were necessary
for the safety and well -being of the residents of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that emergency snow removal
services have been provided by S. Brothers, Inc, to the above described at a cost not to
exceed $150,000.00 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Borough Engineer and the Borough's Purchasing Department to effectuate the purposes
expiessedherein. Acct.# T- 15 -56- 829 - 201/1- 01 -26- 290 =249
Adopted this 16" day of September, 2021
and certified as a hue copy of the
