Pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order N-29-20, issued by Governor Newson on March 17, 2020, cities are allowed to hold City Council meetings via teleconferencing and members of the public can observe and address the meeting telephonically or electronically. Please note that while the City Council values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot take action on any item not listed on the agenda; • PUBLIC HEARING: at the time for public hearings under PUBLIC HEARING. Emails will be accepted after the start of the meeting and before the Mayor closes public comment at the end of the meeting. Emailed comments will be read aloud by the City Clerk for up to three minutes. FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET The proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 focuses on creating a roadmap for maintaining the financial stability of the community into the future while balancing current needs. Presenter: Administrative Services Director Recommendation: Provide direction to staff regarding the proposed budget. 5. ADJOURNMENT Notice: Staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business of this Agenda are available for viewing on the City’s website at www.templecity.us and are on f ile in the Office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City, California, and available for review during regular office hours.
