Section 3 . The name of each property owner or owners and
the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
on each side of Cottage Lane from the east curb line of Houchin
Street to the center of Gordon Street and the number of front
feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or
tracts of land so owned and abutting said block or street between
the aforesaid streets and the cost price per front foot for said
improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special
tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground
fronting or abutting said Cottage Lane or the roadway from the
center of the intersection of Gordon street to the each curb line
of Houchin Street.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
make out special tax bills in favor of the contractor Schell
Construction Company for the within mentioned work in accordance
jwith the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative
Ito said kind of work and in accordance with the Charter of said
'City in regard to said work.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 990 WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.,
IMISSOURIO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council, of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Dewer District No. 99 with location and boundaries as follows:
