SPWERS..IN:.'SEWER DISTRICT,NOw 99.J:, 1.WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 99, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer on Lake Street. Section 2. That said sewer shall begin at the City Main ;sewer at west end of Lake Street; thence South 70 degrees West, 303 .0 feet; thence turning an angle of 25 degrees and 36 minutes to the right, 142.0 feet. Section 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specification of the City Engineer.
