BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Guy A. Thompson, Trustee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation, is hereby granted authority to l construct a railroad grade crossing of the tracks of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company with Industrial Avenue in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, said tracks to cross Industrial Avenue at a point which is approximately 1225 -4 feet west of the center line of Section 1, Township 44, North Range 12 west, along the north edge of the pavement of Industrial Avenue and at a point 1301.4 feet west of the center line of Section 1, Township 149 Range 12, on the southerly line of the pavement of Industrial Avenue said track being an industry track, to be used for the purpose of serving industry along the southerly line of Industrial Avenue in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. 2. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Any person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation, within this city, engaged in the business of hatching baby chickens by the use of incubators, who permits any odor to escape from said incubators that is offensive or annoying to persons residing within the vicinity of the place of business shall be deemed actively maintaining a nuisance.
