ORDINANCE 95-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MOAB MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 17. 09. 660 (c).
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the recommendation of the Moab City Planning
Commission deems that it is necessary to amend the Moab Municipal Code with respect to
the duties of selected City employees as set forth in Moab Municipal Code 17. 09. 660 (c)-
related to the City's Site Plan Required;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
17. 09.660 (c). Site plan --Required.
C. The site plan shall be signed by the building official, zoning administrator, city planner
and public works director before issuance of a building permit.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the City of Moab in
open session this 26th day of September , 1995. This Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
