AN ORDINANCED TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF SEPT. 1955
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective
and appointive officer, the sum of $150645.00
Advance Collectors commissions 500.00
Advance Assessors commissions 200.00
VEHICLE F U14D
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,
freight and incidentals under the Street Commissioner,
the sum of 5,000.00
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLE FUND
For the purpose of paying the salary of Street
Commissioner and Traffic Officers, the sum of 2,625.00
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers,
freights and incidentals under the Street Commissioner,
the sum of 5,000.00 !
AIRPORT FUND
Salary Airport Mgr. 150.00
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHCILE FROM
PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE PARKED ON THE SOUTH SIDE 'OF THE 600
BLOCK OF EAST HIGH STREET BETWEEN POINTS LOCATED .148 FEET AND
164 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF MARSHALL STREET, AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY.
BE IT IRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked within the following
specifically designated area on the following named street :
