AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTIONS 3350490 and 520 of SECTION
2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6126 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Subsections 335, 490, and 520 of Section 2
of Ordinance Number 6126 which -made it unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and
complete stop on the following named streets before entering the
following named intersections streets, be and the same are hereby
repealed:
Sto p On.
(335) High Street before entering the intersection of
Bolivar Street
�! (490) Main Street before entering the intersection of
Bolivar Street
( 520) McCarty Street before entering the intersection of
Bolivar Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

f An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance Number 6134 of the City of
Jefferson, pertaining to Loading Zones and enacting a new
Ordinance pertaining to the same subject.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
f Section 1. Ordinance Number 6134 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, pertaining to. Loading' Zones, be and the same .is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Loading Zones: restricted parking. It shall be
unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same
to be parked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7 :00 p.m. , Monday
through Saturday, inclusive, within the following designated zones
which shall be termed "loading zones" except for the purpose of
loading or unloading goods, wares and merchandise :
(5) On the south side of Ca itol Avenue between points
located twenty five (255 feet and seventy seven (?7)
feet east of the east curb of Madison Street.
