i SECTION 1. Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared

and who own a majority of the front feet on said Elm Street _

j SECTION 2. That the said road of Elm Street from the center '
of the intersection of Elm 53 reet and Vetter Lane to the center of
i; the intersection of Elm Street and a point 423 feet east of the easy
line of Gordon Street in accordance with the plans and sped
j fications submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the office off
the City Clerk, and that the total cost of the wwrk aforesaid shale
�j be charged and levied as a special assessment against the real
�i estate abutting and fronting on skid corntem-ol.ated improvement, and i
special tax bills shall be issued therefor, as provided in the
City Charter, and in Sections 764,7F5,766 and 767 of Chapter 132
bf :thedRevised Ordinances of the City of Jeff -,rson, rissouri, 1941,.!
i and of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, 1949, and
amendments thereto.
SECTION S. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to ad-
vertise for bids for this improvement.

SECTION 4, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
