SECTION Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared by the CJty

Street liable for the costs of said improvement, and who own a

improved, have not filed with the Cry 1ZP erk a protest against
said contemplated improvement.
SECTION 2. That the said road of Hub Street from the center of tie
Intersection of Hub Street and Mc r ty Street to the cen er o
intersection of u Street nd Marion Street in accordant® w th t e p
plans and specifications submitted by the Z.:ft;y Engineer and filed
in the office of the City Clerk, and that the total cost of the
work aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessmen
against the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplate
improvement, and special tax bills shall be issued therefor, as
provided im the City Charter, and in Sections 764,765,766 and 767; of
Chapter 13, of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, 1941, and of the Revised Statutes oft he State of Misso ri,
1949, and amendmwnts thereto
SECTION ##. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advetise for
bids for this improvement.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval,

DEPOSITED FOR A STREET IMPROVEMENT, TO BE A MISDEYEAHOR AVD PRESC 1IB4
ING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Any person, firm or corporation within this Citr 1k
that permits any ready mixed concrete to fall upon or spill upon iny
street, alley or roadway of this city. except when the said ready m:kx
mixed concrete is being deposited upon a roadway during the coast ue-
tion of a street improvement% shall be deemed guilty of a misdeme n-
or.
Section 2. jhis ordinance shall be in force and effect fro
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 5948 SECTION 2 relating to angle
and parallel parking within the City of Oeff arson, and enacting a
new ordinance pertaining to the same subject, and providing a pen'
alty.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURT , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of O rdinance 5948 of the City of Jeff r II
erson relating to angle parking and parallel parking of motor
vehicles on the streets, alleys and highways of this city, be ands
the same is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Parallel and Angle ` arking. All motor vehicles �I
!p arked on the stteetat alleys and
public highways of this city,
iahall be parked with the right side of said motor vehicle parallel
Ito and within one (1 ) foot of the curb, except on the following
�nerred streets motor vehicles shall be parked as follows: !
A. 'the right side of said motor vehicle shall form a
�y thirty (30) degree angle with the curb:
1. With front wheels toward the curb:
(a) On both sides of Capital Avenue between
Jefferson Street and the east entrance to the
Capitol Grounds.
(b) On both sides of Dunklin Street between
Jefferson Street and Madison Street.
(c ) On the east side of Jefferson Street be-
tween McCarty Street and State Street.
(d) On the wet side of Jefferson Street be- (i
tween McCarty Street and Capitol Avenue.
