AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LINE OF SEWER DISTRICT N0.
50 "B", WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI. j
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I,
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the 8ity of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares and ordains that the boundary line of Sewer District
No. 50 "B", be and hereby is established with location and boundaries ns
as follows%
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Southwest4L Seel
Lion 1 1:ownship 44 Range 12; thence south along quarter section
line, 427.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 107 destrees to the
right, 530.0 feet; thence north parallel with the said quarter
section line, 280.0 feet to the north line of said quarter section )
line; thence east along and with said quarter section line 500.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conrlict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from �
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 50 "B" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:,
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour 12
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and com-
fort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes that
there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 50 "B", as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and It islj
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
.connected into the City sewer on Hayselton Drive.
SECTION 2. That from the northeast corner of the Southwest i of
