AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5880 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING DISTRICTS AS TO CERTAIN AREAS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Zoning Ordinance No. 5880 is hereby amended
so that the following described land is hereby zoned from a
District A-2, Single- Family Dwelling District to a District D,
Local Commercial District, and said land is more particularly
described as follows:
Lots No. 42 and N4. 43 of the W. A. Beck Addition
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, in Plat book 5,
page 23.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take Effect immediately
upon its passage add approval.

ED INTO ORDINANCE NUMBER 5880 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
i BY REZONING CERTAIN HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM A DISTRICT
A-1 TO A DISTRICT E.
WHEREAS a petition has been filed requesting the City Council
to amend, change and reclassify the present zoning of the here-
inafter described ; and, and
WMreas the City Council has referred the matter and petition
to the City Planing ans Zoning Commission, and
I Whereas the said Commission has made its report to the Council
recommending that the zoning of said land not be changed, and
Whereas the City Council thinks that the action of .the Planing
and zoning Commission was erroneous, and that the said land
i should be rezoned, and
Whereas all parties have been notified that the City Council
of the dity of Jefferson, Missouri, would hold a public hearing
on the question of whether or not said land should be rezoned
as deemed advisable by the publication of a notice in a newspaper
j of general circulation in this city nore than fifteen (15) days III
prior to said hearing, and
