l;fftrits approval a plat of Section 1 of the above described tract {
ji being known and designated as Section 1 of Jordan Hills Subdi-
vision, and
j' Whereas, it appears to the said council of the City of
I� Jefferson, Missouri, that said plat is properly signed and ack-
nowledged and truly sets out the boundaries of said Section 1,
the lots and the numbers and all streets therein located, that all i1
taxes have been paid on said tract and that all the other require- {
ments of the laws of the State of Missouri and of the ordinances '
of the City of Jefferson with reference to the platting of said l
subdivision !-,have been fully complied with, said plat is hereby I�
accepted and approved by the Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the �'lerk of saod City of Jefferson, Missouri, after
` passage and approval of Chid otdinande;ois directed to endorse
such acceptance and approval on said plat -and to certify same I
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2.
This ordinance is to take effect and be in full force and II
effect from and after its passage and approval. I�

AN CRDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANGLE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON
BOTH SIDES OF BOLIVAR STREET BETWEEN TTS INTERSECTIONS' WITH
MAIN STREET AND WATER STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. 11ereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on either side
of Bolivar Street between its intersections with Main Street and
Water Street yoward the curb and the right side of said vehicle
shall form a thirty degree (30) angle with the curb.
Section 2. "nyone violating any of the terms of this ,I
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a middemeanor.
Section 3. Phis ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
