BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of xx a motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and com
plete atop on the following named streets before entering the
intersections of the following specifically named streets:

Stop pn:
Lincoln Street before entering the intersection of
Edwards Street.
Edwards Street before entering the intersection of
Lincolh Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deeme d guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , vacating and
discontinuing as a public thoroughfare all that part of an unnamed
street in Hickey' s Subdivision of the Northwest part of Outlot 87, E
being all that part of saidstreet in front of lots 7,11,12,13,14 ,1 ; ,
and 16 of said subdivision, and authorizing and directing the "`ayorL
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to execute all necessary instr -
ments to the owners of the adjacent lots to and for said portion
of said street so vacated, as parties entitled thereto , as shown
by the record title o{' said adjacent and abutting property and de-�
claring a reverter to the respective owners of said real estate.
WHEREAS, It has been shown to the City Council of the City of Jeff
erson, Missouri, that the owners of the abutting property on an
unnamed thirty foot street in Hickey's Subdivision of the Northwest
part of Outlot 87, being all that part of said street in front of
lots 7, 11, 12, 139 140 15, and 16 of said subdivision, have used,
improved and occupied, and are now rising and occupying said abutting
land so that said portion of said thirty foot street has ceased to
be of any use or benefit as a public thoroughfare and that it woull
inconvenience the public or the citizens of the City of Jrfferson,
Missouri, to discontinue and vacate saidstreet as a public thor-
oughfare, therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of the .'Cityli
15fcdefif6:qson, Missouri , deems it necessary and expedient to vacate
and discontinue that part of an unnamed thittg foot street in
Hickey's Subdivision of the Northwest part of Outlot 87, being allil
that part of said street in front of lots 7,11,12,13,14 ,15, and 16ij
of said subdivision. �!
All the owners of the property and adjacent lots abutting on and
adjacent to said street having petitioned the said city Council to
vacate and discontinue said portion of said unnamed street as a !I
public thoroughfare of said City, and said portion of said un-
named is hereby forever vacated and Dideontinued as a public thor- I11
oughfare and the power and right of reversion of said portion of t�q
