Section 2. Qualifications. and Bond. The Welfare worker
shall be over the age of twenty on years and a resident of the City,
Said person shall be og good moral character and physically ablelto
carry out the duties delegated to said office by ordinance, the
Mayor or the City Covncil. Before entering upon the discharge
of the duties of said office, the welfare worker shall execute a,
bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars with good and sufficimt
sureties to be appro ed by the Mayor conditioned upon the gaithf, l
discharge of the duties of said office and the prompt payment ofl
all monies coming into the hands of the person possessing said I
office that belong to the city to the officer entitled thereto I
at the time and in the manner provided by law, I
Section 3. This ordinanne shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
