AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIALTAX BILL AGAINST THE
LOTS OT TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF
Marion Drive9 from Hub Street west to the west line of Lot 14

or the improvement of the said roadway by grading, curbing and
guttering and paving with cement concrete .
BE IT ORDA-'-.TED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, AS FOLLOWS:1
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price perfront foot as Specified in Section 2 of this II
ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting
ortibutting on the roadway of Marion Drive, from Hub Street west
the west line of lot 14 Block 3 Jefferson heiahts in tFie City of
fferson, M-f-s-so-u-r-T-, for the mprovemen of the roadway ivierion —
Drive — aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary fors�
the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of $ 3624.78
as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number-
of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Marion
Drive aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amounts to
