Section 1. There is hereby crested a bus stop for the �
busses being operated by the Jefferson City Bus Lines, Inc. for
the pickup and discharge of paesengers at the following locations:
On the north side of Dunklin Stre^t (Highway 50)
for a distanne of fifty (50) feet east of the west
curb of Michigan Street.
Section 2. Immediately after the passage and approval of
this ordinance it shall be the duty of the Jefferson City &is Lines )l
Inc. to either paint the curbing with ,yellow paint within the area
designated in Section 1, or, to erect signs designating said area
as a bus st :p so that the drivers of all motor vehicles shall be
warned of the presence a d location of said bus stop and shall not
park therein.
1 Section 3. Failure to designate and mark said bus stop with
,yellow paint or by appropriate signs will ccancel any obligation
of the law enforcement officials of this city to enforce any
ordinances of the city prohibiting the operatbrrof a motor veeicle
from permitting the same to be parked within any bus stop.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR
! VEHICLE TO FAIL TO BRING THE SAME TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP ON
FULKERSON ST' EE-T BEFORE ENTERING THE INTERSECTION OF HIGH STREET
AND/OR RAIN STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and complete stop on
the following named street before entering the intersections of
the following specifically designated streets:
Stop on: bulkerson Street before entering the ,
intersection of High Street. +
Fulkerson Street before entering the
intersection of Main Street.
Section 2. "n one violating an of the terms of this
