PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION AND REFUND
WHEREAS, certain properties were acquired by the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency, and or other exempt Organizations.
WHEREAS, due to these acquisitions, partial balances of
taxes should be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey,
that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
