Section 11 of Article ITI of Ordinance Number 2737 (known as Section 189 of the R. 0. of the City of Jefferson, of 1941) pertaining to tl-c discharge of fire arms and the sale of toy pistols, be and the same is hereby ropealed. Section 2, "ischarge of firearms. Any 'oerson within this city, who shall fire off or discharge any rifle, shotgun, carbine, musket, pistol, revolver, automatic, or other firearm or ordinance,,: or any cat gun, spring gun or air gun, or who shall throw -any rock, pebble or hard substance by hand, or by means of a sling , cross-bow, indian bow, or any other means, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 10 of Article VII of Ordinance Number 2737 (known as Section 205 of the R. 0. of 1941) pertaining to pet t larceny, and the punishment therefor is hereby repealed. ffiffi Section 2. Petit Larceny. Every person who shall steal,, take and carry away with this city any money or personal property or effects of another, under the value of fifty dollarst not being the subject of grand larceny without regard to value, shall be deemed guilty of petit larceny, and on conviction thereof before the police judge, shall be punished by imprisonment in jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine not exceeding one hundred dolls.378J or by both such fine and imprisonment.
