SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed
at once to make out specialtax bills under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , of the aforesaid amounts against said lote
or pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No. 83 "All
situated, mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned
sections of this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thexeof,
which said special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the
Mayor and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and diblivered t '

the ContFa-ctor of the work of construction of the aforesaid sewer
as provided and required by the Charter of the City of Jefferson,
and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction of
sewers in said District No. 83 "All heretofore passed and approved
be the Council.
SECTION 4.This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 92"B" WITHIN THE CIT '
P I
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BCUNDAFIES THEREOF. I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., AS F LLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of the in-
habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known !'
as Sewer District No. 92 "B"p and said district to be established
with location and boundaries as follows: Berginning at the north-
east corner of lot 15 Block 13 Washington ark; thence west along ,
the south line of an alley to the northwest corner of lot 22
Block 13 Washington ark; thence south on a direct line to the
northeast corner of lot 9 Block 14 Washington ' ark; thence west
along Indiana Avenue to the northwest corner of lot 10 Block 14
Washington Park; thence south on a direct line of the southwest
corner of lot 10 Block 14 Washington Park; thence east along the
north fide of an alley to the southeast corner of lot 1 Block 14
Washington nark; thence north to the point of Beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby renealed.
SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
