Whereas, Mr. Phil Bauer has filed a )etition requesting

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: it
jSection 1. Hereafter the following described pand of Mr. 1�
Phil Bauer shall be classified as a District "E" instead of a
District "B" and the zoning map of the city as incorporated into
Ordinance number 5880 is hereby ordered amended with reference to I'
i� the following spr-cifically described land:
A part of Outlot No. 77 in Jefferson City, Missouri , more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said
0 tlot No. 77, which said point is approximately 65 feet
easterly from the northwesterly corner of said outlot
(said point of beginning being at the intersection of
ii the northerly line of said Outlot with the easterly
(, line of U. S• Highway No. 54 or Madison Street ) thence
running eaaterly along the northerly line of said Outlot
No. 77 and the southerly line of Franklin Street 213 feet,
more or less, to the easterly line of said property• thene
southerly parallel with the westerly line of said.. O.,tlot
45 feet; thence westerly parallel with the northerly
line of said OUtlot 213 feet, more or less, to the !
easterly line of U. S. Highway No. 54, or Madison Street:
thence northerly alonf the masterly line of said Highway
or Madison Street, 45 feet to the point of beginning. "
Section 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in confliG
with this ordinance are hereby repealed. f
Section 3, phis ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after it passage and approval.
