AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 6064 and 6183 OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING AND CREATING SCHOOL CROSS
WALKS IN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED AFEAS, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDI-
NANCE PERTAIQNING TC THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TJE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Numbers 6064 and 61£ 3 of the Oity of
Jefferson, M, ssouri , establishing and creating certain school
crosswalks in specifically designated areas, be and the same
are hereby repealed.
Section 2. School crosswalks. 'he following specifically +
descitibed and located crosswalks are established in this city
in order to permit and assure the school children of this city I�
to cross the various named streets in safety when walking to or
from school. (�
A. East School. A crosswalk shall be located on High
Street between points located three hundred and ninety
(390) feet and four hundred (400) feet east of the
east curb of Benton Street.
A crosswalk shall be located on McCarty Street l
(Highway 50 &- 63 east ) between points located. six
hundred and nine (609) and six hundred and eithteen
(618) feet east of the east curb of Benton Street. j
B. Washington School.'
A crosswalk shall be located on
