Whereas, the City Council of the City of "eff.erson, has 1

Whereas , said Commission has revised the ordinances of
the City of 'Jefferson, and the City Council does find that the ff+

is a true, correct and accurate revision of the city ordinances it

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, �
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The following ordinances as set forth in I)
chapters and sections, be and are herebyaccepted, adopted and (I
approved as the revised ordinances of the City of Jefferson of
1956. �
Section 2. The said ordinances shallbe published in a
book with a proper index, which said book when so -published i
shall be known as the REVISED ORDINANCES of the City OF JEFFFRSO ,
nISSOURI, 1956, and as such shall be offeredq accepted
and received as the official and officially published ordinances)
of the city, and these ordi npxces shall be received in all court'
of record and be fore all tribunals and commissions and judicial;
bodies as the official ordinances passed by the City Council of the
City of Jefferson.

JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, WHICH ESTABLISHED A SCHOOL CHILDREN UN-
LOADIrIG ZONE IN THE 300 BLOCK OF WEST HIGH STREET, AND PROVIDED
PENALTY FOR TFE VIOLATION OF SAND, AND EA'ACTING ANN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING SCHOOL CHILDREN ;?NLOADING ZONES WITHIN T9IS CITY
AT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED PLACES, P_ND DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL F'OR1,1 THE
OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TO ?ER1�IT THE SAME TO °E PARKED WITH"
IN SAID ZONES FOR ANY PURPOSE OTuER THAN THE LOADING OR INLOAD-

the 300 block of West High Street, and declaring it unlawful forjj
the operator of a rotor vehicle to permit the sane to be parked
within said zone for any purpose other than the loading or un- it
