CANCEL TAX BALANCES
Date of Adoptic September 16, 2021
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret has reviewed the
rolls and determined that certain properties have credit balances, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the tax credits be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I`P AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey,
that the Tax Collector is authorized to immediately cancel the tax credit
balances as follows:
