AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CCNSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 92 "B119 IN TIME CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE CITY COUA?CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSCN,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , herdby.declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary and-
other purposes that there mi.ist be contructed as soon as possible
in Sewer District No. 92.:"B", as established by Ordinanne, a
sanitary sewer and it is ordered ghat the same be constructed
without unnecessary delay and connected into the present sewer
on Ohio Street and Indiana Avenue.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 10 plus 10 in `
Sewer District No. 92 said point of beginning bel.ng in the center
of Indiana;,I.Avenne and on the extended westerly line of lot 10
Block 14 Washington 'ark Pddition; thence from the point of be-
ginning east along the center line of Indiana Avenue, 285,0 feet;
also beginning at Station 3 plus 49 in `fewer District No. 92, said
j point of beginning being on the westerly line of lot 1 clock 14
Alashington Park and the center line of Nebraska Avenue; thence
south along and with the west line c•f said lot one , 339. 0 feet to
the center of Indiana!i Avenue; thence west along the center of
Indiana Avenue, 161. 0 feet
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be in all respects es _,rovided by
Ordinanne and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer ?pipe,
shall be constructed according to the plans and sp cifications
of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of "rdinances in conflict with
this Ordinanne are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval. i
