BE IT CRDAI ED BY THIS: CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF OE1, FRE'Otd,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLVNS:
Section 1. Subsection 2 of Section 2 of Ordinance Number
6225 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , pertaining to the
establishment of a school children unloading zone on the south
side of High Street between Mulberry Street and Broadway Street, �I
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from II
and after its passage and approval.

GLADYS MAJOR, ROBFRT P.AJOR AND EDITH MA:TORIS SUEMIZISION, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF J! FFERSCN, MISSOURI, AS H1EREIIdAFT'_:R
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAT NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFF 39
?.'ISSOURI, A.S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Keith Major, GladjrS Nia,jor, Robert Ntafor and
Edith Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having sub- �
mitted to the Council for its approval a 'plat of said real
estate, being a tract of land in the Northeast part of the
Southwest quarter of Section 1 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West,
more particularly described as:
(� 3eginning at the northeast corner of the southwest
quarter of Section 1, township 44 North, Range 12
West; thenne west along and with the north line of
said quarter section, 500. 0 feet; thence turning an
angle of 90 degrees to the left, 260. 0 feet; thence
turning an angle of 74 degrees to the lent, 527. 0
feet to the east line of said quarter section; thence
north along and with said quarter section line 427.0
feet to the point of beginning.
as shown on the attschef plat, known and referred to as Major's
Subdivision and made a part of this ordinance; all of which

And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly I
signed and accented by the Owners of said Subdivisioa known and
referred to as the Major' s Subdivision; that all taxes thereon
1 have been paid; and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Yissouri, 1949, entitled "Plats"
have been ful_ f complied with by the aforesadld owners of said
subdivision.
