BE IT ORDAINED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL OF TFF CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. Ordinance Nt,Lmber 6065 of the City of Jefferso ,
Missouri, which regulated the stopping; of met.or vehicles at
school cross-walks within this city, be and the san..e is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Sop Vehicles at school Crosswalks. Hereafter'
it shall be unlawful for the operRtor of a rotor vehicle bn tl^e
streets, avenues and higl:ti�Q.ys of this city to fail to bring th^
same to a full and complete stop before passing over any school
cross-walk within this cit,r as established by ony crdlnanrle when
the following conditiions prevail;
(a) Where the cross-vialk is patrolled by school sefety
patrol boys and nonrelectrical glop signs nne l.ocate�
within the cross-walks and upon the street..
(b) Where electricRlly operated pnd controlled lirlhts
rare present and a red light is sT,owirg to -the opera-
tors cf vehicles approaching the cross-walk.
Section 3, Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed Zuilty of a risdemesnor.
Section_ 4. 'his ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval .
