"Beginning at the Portheast conner of the Southwest
quarter of Section 1, Township 44, Pange 12; thence

500.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 20 derrrees and

been paid; anO that ka-all resepcts the requirements of Chapter
4450 Revised Statutes of t'issouri , 1949, entitled "?., ats" has
