BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTTE C TTY OF JEFFFRSO'T,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Ilia,-Tor rind the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson City, 11'3 ssouri, are hereby f.uc..L.0^ized and directed for
and on behalf of the City of Jefferson City to sign, seal and
execute a contract with the firm of Hsskin; s_ Riddle & Sharp,
Consulting Engineers of Kansas City,,Vissouri, to :provide for a
study and survey of the sewage system of the 6ity l,'ring generally
in the watershad cf Gra�r' s Creek, a copy of said u )osed contract
being attached to this ordinance and expressly incorporated by
reference trereto.
Section 2, '1his ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage end approval.

JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND THE CITY CLERIC, TO Fi',TER INTO A bVRITTEN II
CONTRACT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF' THE CITY OF JL-iNi ERSCN CITY, WITH
SAM D. ELLIS OF FULTON, MISSOLRI, FOR THE LIGIITIRG IMPROVEMENTS
AT THE JEFFERSON CITY VE,MEDIAL AIRPGRT, '11HEREIN TITIE CITY SHALL
AGREE TO PAY THE S-T-W CiF $8,774. 20 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND IN°TALLA
TION OF SAID LIGHT-LNG ITIPRO V;.h?ENTS, A COPY OF SAID C07TRACT AND
ESSENTIAL DOCTOENTS BEING A-: TACHED THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Whereas , the City of Jefferson,,/ Missouri , is desirous of
having certain Lighting Improver-ents constructed and installed at
the Jefferson City Memorial Airport, and
Whereas the City of Jefferson City, Vissourl , has advetised I1
for bids on the construction and installation of said lighting
improvements, and
Whereas Sam D. Ellis , of Fulton, Vissouri , tendered the
.lowest and best bid for said improvements as modified, eRid being
done with the consent of Fedc,_ i Authorities , the amount of the
bids being $8,774. 20, row therefore:
Section 1. he Mayor and the City Clerk cf the �'ity of
Jefferson City, Missouri, are ',;ereby authorized and directed to
enter into a � -icten contract for and on behalf cf deffereeon City9j
Missouri , with Sam D. Ellis of Fulton, t,�issouri, for the lighting �)
improvements at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport , whereb7 the �I
City shall agree to pay the gum of $8,774.20 to Mr. Ellis for the
construction and installation of said l.igh'-ing improvements accor�di g
to the plans and specifications and essential documents attached
to a copy of said contract, a copy of said contract being att',acbed
hereto and incorporated by referonce therein P3 fully as if set
out verbatim.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from i
