Meadow Lane and Oskview Street, be paved with penetration
ituminious Macadam in accordance w thi,the pl.ana and
specifications submitted by the City Engineer and filed in the
office of the City Clerk, and that, the total cost cf the v:,ork
aforesaid shall be charged Qnd levied as a special assessment
against the real Astate abutting and fronting on said zontemplated
improvement, and special. tax bills shall. be issued tl!erefor, as
provided in the Citv Charter, and iln Section 764 765,766, and 767
of Chapter 13, of the P,vi sed Ordinances of the pity of Jefferson,
A issouri , 1941, and of the Revised Statz;tes of the State of
Yissouri , 1949, and amendments thereto
Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby ' nstructed tro
advertise for bids for this imnroverrent.
Section 4. This Ordinance sl-�all take eff-ut and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
