AN ORDINANCE levying and asoossing a special tax bill against
the lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway,
of Hub Street, between McCarty Street and Marion Drive
,1 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , for the improvement of the
said roadway by grading and paving with asphalt macadam.
i' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,

�i Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the
{ rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2
of this Ordinance, against the aggregate tots or tracts of land
fronting or abutting on the roadway of Hub Street, between
McCartz Street and Marion Drive
in the ity of e ferson, rssou� ri, for the improvement of the
roadway Hub Street aforesaid, Including such grading as
may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk , the
stun of$ 1632.22 as the total costs of the improvement of
said street and� tRenumber of front feet fronting dr abutting
said roadway of said Hub Street aforesaid, beihveen the
aforesaid streets amounts to 60 .3 running feet; the coat
price per runnnng foot is $ 2r7=-- '
Section 2. For the purpose of DayAng said improvement of
said roadway of Hub Street, between McC rt Street and Marion
Drive there is hereby evie an' assasse is - he sum ofd 2.71
as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or
abutting said roadway of Hub street between the aforesaid
streets, and contained in su_`= t or piece of ground fronting
or Abutting said improved roadway of said Hub Street, between
McCarty and Marion Dbkve

feet on Hub Street and running back westerly 81.8 feet.
The north line co-inciding with the north line of Lot 8
