Each day, the Clerk of the Court shall list on a suitable form in detail,!
the amount of the fines collected, the date of payment, the rune of the payor of
the fine, the violation for which said fine wao assessed; and thereupon, the
monies paid over to and collected by the Clerk Rhall be deposited daily in the cil,y
depositary to the credit of the City Treaourar; the Clerk of the Court shall
receive from said depositary a deposit slip and said deposit slip, together with ;l
a copy of the form containing the aforementioned data, along, with the two copies �
of the traffic ticket or two copies of the arrest slip shall, be turned aver to t4
City Clerk.
The Clerk of the Police Court shall receive all monies paid by law vio-
lators for fines assessed by the Police Judge. Said Clerk shall be in the office
of Police Court between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and between the
hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day Monday through Friday inclusive, and
between the hours of 9%00 a.m. and 12:00 noon each Saturday, legal holidays
excepted.

Section 6. Reports. The Clerk of the Police Court shall make a report 1�
each month to the City Council ,relating to the traffic tickets and/or arrest !;
slips issued by police officers, this action upon and disposition of the same,
the amount of fines and monies collected by him, and the disposition of those +�
monies collected into the various funds of the city treasury.
Section 7. The ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ROADWAY OF MYRTLE AVENUE IN 'I
THE BLACK FRCM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STADIUM BOULFVARD AND MYRTLE
AVENUE TO THE CENTER CV, THE INTERSECTION OF SWIFT'S HIGHWAY AND MYRTLE AVENUE IN �
TIM CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY PAVING WITH PENETRATION BITUMINOUS MACADAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY mm COumn of THE CITY OF JwrimsON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. 'Awreas, it was heretofore found and' declared by the City i
Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on June 4th, 1956 necessary to
pavo with Penetration Bituminous Macadam the roadway of Myrtle Avenue in the
block from the center of the intersection of Stadium Boulevard and Myrtle
Avenue to the center of the intersection of Swift's Highway and Myrtle Avenue
and it appearing to the City Council that said resolution has been duly
published according to the law for more than seven (7) consecutive insertions,
in the Post-Tribune, a daily newspaper, printed and published in the City of
Jefferson,, Missouri; and a majority of the resident owners of property along
said section of Myrtle Avenue liable for the costs of said improvement, and who
own a majority of the front feet on said Myrtle Avenue intended to be improved,
have not filed with the City Clerk a protest against said contemplated improve- i
ment.
Section 2. That the said road of Myrtle Avenue, from Stadium Boulevard
to Swift's Highway in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by
the City Engineer and filed in the office of the City Clerk, and that the total
cost of the work aforesaid shall be charged and levied as a special assessment
against the real estate abutting and fronting on said contemplated improvement,
and special tax bills shall be issued therefor, as provided in the City Charter,
and in Sections 7640 765, 766, and 767 of Chapter 18: of the Revised ordinances I
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1941, and of the Revised Statutes of the
Mate of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto
Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise for bids1
for this iMrovement. II
I Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
