FOUR AND 60 100 ($8,101+.60) DOLLARS, TO BE PAID WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM
RECEIPT OF SAID TRAFFIC LIGHTS, AND AUIIHORIZ23G THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK

L. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
fare hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson,
j! to enter into a contract for the purchase by the City, of Jefferson, Missouri,
j of electrical signal traffic motor vehicle and pedestrian walk lights, from
the Eagle Signal Corporation of Moline, Illinois.
2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed and ordered to
make payment in the amount of $80104.60 to the Eagle Signal Corporation of
II Moline, Illinois for the traffic lights to be ordered from that corporation.
