ZONING ORDINANCE, BY ADDING SUB-PARAMAPH( 18 STAT.m: RrwY. MIX CO'wnm, AND/OR
CONCRETE PROPORTIONING PLANTS.

FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1701 of Article XVII of Ordinance 1t wber 5880, the
Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amnded by adding subparagraph 18 stating: Ready
Mix Concrete Plants and/or Concrete Froporti.oming Plants lmnediately subsequent
to subparagraph seventeen (17) Public Utilities and binedintely before the
paragraph reading "Before the issuance of any spacial permit of any of the
above buildings.or uses etc.", it being the purpose of the City Council to make
it necessary to secure a special permit from the City Council to operate a ready
mix concrete and/or concrete proportioning plant within the City of Jefferson
City, Missouri.
Section 2. As amended, Section 1701 of Grdi.nance Number 5880 shall
read in part as follows:
16. Clubs and semi-public buildings.
17. Public Utilities
18. Ready mix concrete plants and/or concrete proportioning plants.
Before issuance of any special permit of any of the above buildings or
uses, the City.Council.shall etc.
Section 3. This ordinance, hewing been read at length for the first
time, shall be referred to the Planning and Zoning Cawdssion for study, its
recommendation and report.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage and approval*

GROUND LING BETWEEN AND SITUATE WTI-IIN THE BOUINDS OF SEIM DISTRICT NO.
89 "B" IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, IN `M IMS OF THE OWNER OR OWNERS
THEREOF FOR CONSTRUCTING AND CONPI,E LNG SUMS THEREV.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It appearing from the written report of the City Engineer,
the officer in charge of the work of construction and ccom,,leting sewers, in
Sewer District No. 89 "B", in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, heretofore sub-
mitted by said officer to the City Council and approved and filed by it on this
day of _, 195 , at a regular meting of the City Council

he on this date, t t the total cost of construction and completing of said
sewer as constructed, amounts to the sum of $4188.00, and it further appearing
that said report of said officer did apportion said costs against the several
lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District no. 89 "B", exclusive of streets
in proportion to the area of the whole of said District No. 89 "B" exclusive
of the public highways, and it further appearing that the total number of
square feet contained in the aggregate irmber of lots and pieces of eXound
situated in the said Sewer District No. 89 "B", exclusive of the public highways
therein amounts tb 206.872.0 square feet. And it further appearing frcm the
said report that on proper apportionment of said costs such lots or pieces of
ground in said Sewer District No. 89 "B" so situated, each square foot of
ground contained in said lots or pieces of ground in said Serer District No.
89 "B" is chargeable with the sum of $0.0202444 per square foot.
