Nrnt, therefore, for the purpose of paying for the work of construction
and cWTletion of sewers in said Sewer Din trict No. 89 "B" together with all
necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins, manholes, and other necessary appur-
tenances thereto appertaining, there is hereby levied and assessed against the
aovoral and herninafter described lots or pieces of (wound within the bounds
of said Sewer District No. 8) "13") situated in the nam, of the respective name
of the owner or owners of said lots or pieces of mound, a special twat at the
rate of $0.0202444 per square fool, for each and every squax-e foot of ground �I
so situated as aforesaid.
r Section 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned and
referred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance, against which a special. tax bill
is specified in Section 1 of this ordinance is levied and assessed and the
i; name is hereby levied and assessed and the description of said lots or pieces
e of ground and the name of the owner or owners thereof in which the tax is
` levied and assessed and the cost per square foot and the, amount assessed each
! lot or piece of ground in said Sewer District No. 89 °B" situated in the name
lof the owner or owners thereof, the number of square feel: owned by each property

trict No. 89 "B" is as follows:

Township 44, Range 12, fronting 822.34 on U.S. Highway No. 54 and running back
east 173.0 feet. The north line co-inciding with the south line of the south-
east quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12.

feet south of and parallel to the south line of the southeast quarter of
Section 13, Township 44, Range 12.

! Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed at once
I) to make out special tax bills under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or pieces of land in the aforesaid
�i Sewer District No. 89 ''B" situated, mentioned and described in the heretofore
i� mentioned sections of this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners i
thereof, which said special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the
Mayor and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to Alvin
Brunner Construction Company, the Contractor of the work of construction of
�i the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the Charter of the City of
1 Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction of
sewers in said Sewer District No. 89 "B", heretofore passed and approved by
the Council.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.

j BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Jff FMSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 3 of Ordinance Number 6255 of I
I� the city of Jefferson, Missouri, which established the salary of the City
ii Physician at the sum of One Hundred and Seventy Five ($175.00) Dollars per
month, be and the same is hereby repealed„
